Why We Started
K&O Legacy Housing Solutions LLC was born out of a recognition that too many capable, independent adults in the Hampton Roads area were struggling to find housing that matched their needs — not assisted living, not group homes, but real, private, independent housing.
We stepped in to fill that gap. Our mission is straightforward: provide well-maintained, affordable housing in Suffolk, Virginia for adults who are fully capable of living on their own and simply need a stable, quality place to do it.
